But if you think about being so balanced that you do not fall then you realize you can use balance as a superpower. Imagine the little things you do everyday to stay feeling good… Creating daily habits in the 5 areas/values/dimensions of life will help us to become balanced in our health, our our body, our mind, our relationships and our purpose. We become balanced so that we can then come into our ultimate goal which is alignment. When we are in alignment we are able to create with ease, live out our purpose and maintain a state of wellness and joy. I’ve created an 8 week program that will deep dive into each of these areas of life so that you can create a game plan to implement new habits in each area that will propel you into your healthiest and happiest life!   • Chickpea Tuna-less Salad ➖ Quick Lunch💡 It’s so easy to make this with whichever flavors you like or ingredients you have on-hand. I always like to add a bit of sweet like honeycrisp apples, raisins or cranberries. Delicious on a sandwich, salad or right out of the bowl! ➖Rinse and drain chickpeas, smash and placed in bowl with seasonings, whatever you like (I used: salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, paprika & dill) ➖chop veggies, onion, garlic, cucumber, celery, pickles, apples, cranberries or raisins.   • The best sautéed mushrooms EVERY TIME For pasta, tacos, salad or whatever you wish. My fav are Organic Cremini Mushrooms Wash and chop one carton (removing stem) Add 2-4 cloves minced garlic Drizzle olive oil, tamari and top with nutritional yeast. Make sure they are an even layer and cover over med heat. Finally in my 40s I have the best skin of my life and I’m excited to share these life changing tricks (no expensive sponsored products but natural stuff you probably already have or can pick up locally today): 1) Simple Natural Organic Skincare. Using a gentle baby cleanser is key! You don’t need fancy products to irritate your skin. I found the best oil combination to help with virtually every skincare issue.
