  • Crispy + Delicious totally snack-worthy Cereal Bars 
(with some hidden goodness you can share with your kids.
Secret ingredient 👄 Dark Berry Protein: giving it that perfect peanut butter and jelly vibe with extra fulvic + humic minerals, vitamin C and protein, of course!

3/4 cup nut butter (make sure it’s a new jar so it’s easy to stir)
1/4-1/2 cup maple syrup
3 cups #Organic cereal of choice
1-2 tbs Dark Berry Protein
Sprinkle the end of your freeze dried berries bag (you know all the crumbles you don’t know what to do with? Perfect here)
Mix nut butter and syrup together until we’ll blended and add all the rest of the ingredients. Stir well. Pat mixture down in a freezer 8x8 pan and freeze for 20 mins. Optional add chocolate drizzle (they don’t need it! They are delicious as is but it’s fun and pretty)
Store in air tight container in fridge ❤️

  • I’ve got your cozy + nutritious dinner tonight covered.
🍋 Red Lentil Dal Soup.
Sauté 1/2-1 onion in 2 tbs olive oil and a pinch of salt until translucent 
Add 2 chopped carrot + celery sticks and cook until tender
Add:
an inch or 2 of grated ginger (or ginger powder)
2-5 garlic cloves 
Spices 2-4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp turmeric, and 1-2 tsp curry powder (I usually save until the end) 
Add 1 1/2 cup split red lentil stir and add 6 cups water and bring to a boil then simmer for about 10 mins +
Add one can coconut milk 
Cool for 5-10 mins (add spinach here if you wish)
At the end stir in 1-2 tsp sea salt, pepper, extra curry powder, and the juice of 1 lemon. 
Serve with chopped cilantro over rice or potatoes or just have it as a soup 🤤🤤
