You don’t have to add oil to your dressing to have it be tasty! Here is one example/inspiration for you! This is a low fat salad with romaine, fresh corn, black beans, celery, carrots, cucumbers, peppers and topped with heirloom tomatoes, avocados and sesame seeds.
Here is the recipe!
(Adjust to serving size-this made enough for 2 people)
Juice of 2 small lemons
Hand full of cherry tomatoes (or any tomatoes)
Half a persian cucumber
A few bell pepper wedges
About 1/4 cup organic salsa
4 or 5 kalamata olives
Season (cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
Blend in your food processor!
